Absorption is in
psychology defined as a personality trait in which a person becomes absorbed in
the mental imagery. Simply, Absorption is mix of Ideal-Identity with Real-Identity.
Other names
for this condition are Trans, Hypnosis, Autosuggestion, Samadhi or Yoga (Identification).
That
process can create a new Identity and trigger changes in the Internal Space and
Time and by that trigger changes in External Space and Time as well as in other
Identities.
DISSASEMBLING
THE MASK
First step
in the Absorption process is disassembling the Mask (Personality). That means
that Awareness should be completely withdrawn from the Mask.
At first, Awareness
should be focused on something (body, body part, breath, external object, dot on
the wall, sound, word, image, etc.). Awareness will with ease slip off and loose
the focus. A lot of effort is needed until Awareness is trained to stand still
and focused only on a one object without jumping around into the areas of the
Mask (Intellect, Insight, Feelings and Intuition).
DETACHMENT
After achieving
the focus, Emotions will gradually disappear, since there will be nothing to
cause and maintain them. Without disturbances of the Mask, Self is finally in
Equilibrium.
VISION
In the next
phase, visual image, sound or even simple context of the desired Change is "injected"
into the Ideal (Ideal-Identity), and temporary filling it completely.
COURAGE
Courage, as
closer as possible to its highest level, fills the Ideal and breaks the
Screen or Membrane between the Ideal-Identity and Real-Identity.
ABSORPTION
Real-Identity
compares its new content against External-Reality Identities and External-Reality
Space-Time and by Self-Perception (Categorization) and Self-Continuity (Placement) implements the new
features into the Self.
At this moment, Awareness is completely focused in Identity and withdrawn from the body and everything else.
RECEIVING
After
the Absorption, waves of new Information and Knowledge always arrive through the
Insight and Intuition into the Intellect and Feelings.
REASSEMBLING
The entire new
and fresh Mask is soon reassembled.
