Equilibrium

Equilibrium or Tranquility is the ultimate state of Mind Peace, where mental content is in complete Balance.

Here are the stages to its achievement:
  • Fixing the Awareness (on only one object)
  • Disciplining the Awareness (to stay focused on that one object)
  • Pacifying the Awareness (disappearance of the Thoughts and Feelings)
  • Detachment (disappearance of the Emotions)
